1. Digital Products & Delivery

All our products are digital assets (PSD files, JPEGs, etc.). No physical items will be shipped. Upon successful payment, you will receive an automated link to access your files hosted on our secure cloud storage.

2. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. Once a download link has been issued or a file has been accessed, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please review the product descriptions and previews carefully before completing your purchase.

3. Intellectual Property & License

All mockups and designs are the exclusive property of Mockara. Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the assets for personal and professional projects.

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Reselling, sub-licensing, or redistributing the original files (even for free).
• Claiming the designs as your own.
• Including the assets in other digital products, templates, or “generators” for sale.

4. Limitation of Liability

Mockara is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the appropriate software (Adobe Photoshop) to use the files.

We reserve the right to change our prices, product availability, and these terms at any time without prior notice.
